Is there food?
Yes, there will be an abundance of food stalls, the physical well-being is taken care of.
Can I take my dog with me?
Dogs and pets are not allowed on the premises.
Is alcohol served?
No, we deliberately do not serve alcohol.
How can we pay?
You can pay with TWINT and CHF at the parking lot, festival entrance and Infopoint as well as at most market stands. No card payment.
Are there still camper parking spaces?
Please look under the tickets and if they are sold out, then NO.
What is included in the festival ticket?
Admission, tent camping, and the entire program are included, except for sweat lodges, cacao ceremonies, and nature craft workshops – these can be booked separately. For campers/vans, a separate spot must be booked. The same applies to car parking. You can find all information under Tickets.
Are you equipped for people with disabilities?
Yes, our festival is very accessible, there is a special toilet for wheelchair users and if you have any further questions, please contact us in advance: [email protected]
Can I exchange my ticket or will it be refunded?
No, we do not accept any responsibility for tickets purchased.
Are day tickets available to buy?
Yes, a limited number of single-day tickets are available for advance purchase. Discounted tickets for residents of the municipality of Surses are available directly at the festival entrance. Find all the details here.
When can I arrive?
The admission opens on Wednesday, July 16 at 10 am. It is not possible to come to the site or the campsite earlier. There will be enough time to set up the tent before the program starts
How long can I stay on the pitch?
The departure on Sunday by 8 p.m. at the latest. It is not possible to stay overnight until Monday (except for dismantling helpers & market stands).
Can I still help out at short notice?
If you feel like helping out spontaneously as a guest, please let us know at the entrance and leave your telephone number. We will be happy to contact you if required?
Can I help with the dismantling?
We are always happy to have an extra hand for the dismantling. Please come to the helpers’ area for the briefing on Sunday evening at 7.00 pm.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
For example, if you go on Friday and want to pass on the ticket for Friday-Sunday, then come to the entrance together with the person and the transfer can take place.
Can I park my towing vehicle or car on the festival grounds?
No. All towing vehicles and cars must be parked on the nearby parking lot. You will be shuttled back to the festival site.
