Cocoa ceremony with encounter & breathwork

Raw cacao is a heart medicine, it connects us and gives us energy. It has a very gentle yet radical effect. With the help of Mama Cacao, we connect first and foremost with ourselves and give our body the opportunity to do what it needs right now. From our heart/belly center we are able to connect with other people with the help of our very own body intelligence. Accompanied by gentle breathwork (Larissa), I (Olivia) will guide you through a journey of grounding and light-filled meditation, movement and encounter. We will hold the space for you through different processes that can be set in motion and help you to find the way to yourself, to your greatness.
